How does this work for our guests? 

Select a theme, location, date, and time – then show up! We’ll take care of everything else to ensure each guest has an enjoyable time.

What is included in the picnic? 

Picnic guests can enjoy 90 minutes of picnicking together at a preselected location. Guests nosh on a custom charcuterie board, indulge on sweet treats, and drink iced sparkling mineral water - complete with table set up. Challenge each other to the selection of games and connect your phone to the provided bluetooth speaker to listen to your favorite playlist. 

What is the price of our picnics? 

The price for 90 minutes for 2 guests is $200. For an additional $25 per guest up to 6 guests. For parties of 7 or more, kindly contact us for a personalized quote. Full payment required to confirm booking.

    ❖ Perhaps 90 minutes isn’t long enough for all the fun! If the schedule permits, you may be able to add time for $25 per thirty minutes. Extra time will need to be prearranged before the day of your picnic.

Where can guests have a picnic?

If you don't have a picnic spot in mind, we have selected a few lovely picnic locations in Rochester. Your picnic location will be decided when you book your picnic. We will even come to your own yard, though some locations are not accessible so, please know, not all special requests may be fulfilled! Some locations may require a reservation or a fee. We will try to arrange the reservation before confirmation of booking, and any park fees will be at the guests’ expense. If weather prevents a picnic in your location of choice, we will work with you to find a back up location that offers shelter to the elements.

Are picnics refundable? 

All bookings with picnicMOJO are final and non-refundable. If there is bad weather and another location is not an option, we are happy to try to reschedule as time and the weather season permit.

Beverage options? 

We provide cold bottled sparkling mineral water, but can provide another style of water upon request. We are sorry we cannot provide alcohol. If you are over the age of 21, you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages. Guests can also bring additional food and treats if they’d like.

Is there a charge for spills? 

We understand accidents happen, however, there is a $25 charge for spills, stains, damages, etc.

Can guests bring their four legged and young aged friends? 

As much as we love them and would love to include them in a picnic, we are not set up to accommodate children or pets.

Are guests able to book on short notice?

We won’t know unless you try! We are happy to accommodate bookings on short notice whenever we are able!

What happens if you are running late or need to leave early? 

Hopefully, nothing will interrupt your picnic, but if you must leave early, we’d prefer for you to give us a half hour notice, so the picnic is not left unattended. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any picnic that begins more than 20 minutes late. Please contact us if you are running behind. Maintaining timely schedules with proper cleaning between requires that we stay on schedule. We understand things may happen, so we will try to be flexible if the schedule allows!

All guests will need to sign and return a liability waiver before the day of their picnic.
